My newborn sessions are lifestyle-focused, meaning the goal isn’t stiff posing but capturing real connection. You can expect a mix of gently guided moments and natural interactions. Some images will feature your baby alone—peacefully resting in their crib or being held near a window—while others will tell the fuller story of your family. For baby J and his family it meant capturing images of them in front of their deer mount.


We’ll capture mom and baby snuggling together, those quiet in-between moments that feel so small yet mean everything. There will be time for the whole family, too—parents together around their newborn, siblings peeking in with curiosity or offering gentle hugs, and yes, even pets joining in if they’re part of your everyday life. These details are what make your session uniquely yours.
